WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING BIDS FOR THE

CHIMNEY CLEANING CONTRACT

FOR

SEPTEMBER 2023 –  FEBRUARY  2024

To provide CHIMNEY CLEANING SERVICES for the following, but not excluding additional residential housing units as it become available.

The chimney cleaning service will be for 120 units which shall include:

• Cleaning of chimney to industrial WETT Standard,
• Inspect stove and report longevity of stove,
• Prepare a report to bring stove up to standard, with prices
• Report if stove is adequate for size of house,
• Recommend next servicing.

Bids will be accepted until Friday, September 08, 2023 until 4:30 pm.
