The goal of the meeting is for the company to present the Keno Hill Reclamation Plan to the community and receive additional input as we are now entering the next phase with the project soon going through YESAB!

This meeting will be hosted by the NND Lands and Resources Department at the NND Government House.
A prime rib dinner will be provided and we will have some door prizes!

Guide Training for First Nation Youth

Cultural Interpretation Training
Wilderness First Aid, Paddling and Water Safety, FoodSafe, First Host, Risk Management and MORE

We are looking for enthusiastic and bush savvy youth aged 18-30, who are interested in becoming Wilderness Guides and Cultural Interpreters. The training will be offered from May 5- June 1. Through our partnership with Wilderness Tourism Association of Yukon, a paid internship will be available for the applicants to apply for.

Our cultural interpretation program will be filled with campfire talks with respected and well known Elders and Knowledge keepers from all across the Yukon.

Registration fee required
Meals and Lodging provided for the duration of the training
